Timberline is the best. I had so many nipple deep days here.
What an amazing season. The last weekend was fabulous. Spring skiing between mud and hole are only memories. There was so much snow at the end of the season it was mind boggling.
Absolutely amazing conditions today! Nothing better than a day with lots of sun, no clouds or wind, and perfect amounts of packed and groomed snow. Their base is awesome and should be great for weeks to come!
March 3rd. 3-5 inches of fresh powder over night and today. Great conditions and slopes are well groomed. "The drop" is just a mountain of snow and not groomed. Very cold riding the slow lift. Walked back to the condo to avoid the restaurant for lunch. Skiing should be good for several more weeks due to the amount of snow here. Great trip so far.
3/2/10 Great day of skiing. Most snow I have seen in the Davis area. Currently snowing on the mountain. Slopes are in great shape, but the drop is not groomed. Come on Timerline upgrade that lift with a high speed Quad. To add to the previous post about the cafe, it is just nasty.
just returned from weekend at Timberline. Weather was terrible on Friday but awesome skiing on Saturday and Sunday
2/28 conditions were great, not busy, plenty of powder, and the jumps on lower dew drop give you huge air.
plenty of snow, no crowds, powder in the trees. Get it while the getting is great!
