Last year the resort opened just a handful of trails around the third weekend in nov. The resort usuall opens around mid dec. The best snow in my opinion falls in late jan. The western territory has the longest and fastest runs, but they are usually icy. Season passes are only $299 for college students which is a sweet deal.

Best ski resort. I think. It gives you a wide variaty of trails and 3 seperate places to ski. Snowshoe mountain, silver creek, and western territory. I went in mid January last year and it snowed the whole time. It has everything located at the top of the mountain so you can just go out and ski all day until 430 and then you can go nightskiing at silver creek. Western territoy has two runs and they are a mile and a half long, with a place to eat good food in between runs. It has the best snow on the trail called sawmill glades, it abtrail where you ski through trees going down a steep mountain it is located to the left of snowshoe mountain and it has 4 trails. BEST SKI RESORT EVER!!!!
