September 28th - Chair 4 Guru
Well, for the snowmobilers who "ride" the Can need to find a new place to take their smelly loud engines. I have been at the can for almost 6 full years now and because of you we cant open a new chair on the backside because some of you cried about it. Well, that is the locals mountain for rders and skiers alike, i hope you riders take your engines somewhere else so i can get back to riding.

Epic conditions once again, over a foot of fresh new powder overnight making the last day of skiing on Mt. Spokane one of the best of the season (again). Still snowing lightly when we left, with more snow in the forecast. 11-13 feet of snow on this mountain, all powder but they closed anyway. Could have skied this mountain for the next month at least. - Never saw Spring conditions all year.

We went up yesterday. Unbelievably deep snow great day. But their weather sucks this mountain has more fog than any other mountain I've ever been to. And they never opened the back side which is my favorite area. But the snow was truly amazing for the end of march.

If you want to ski some awesome powder on this Mountain in the next couple of weeks, give Mt. Spokane a call and beg them to leave the mountain open past March 30th, the ski conditions have only been getting better. Skied the morning on Wednesday and the snow was FANTASTIC!, snowed all day and got another 6 inches at least with more snow in the forecast. 11+ feet of snow mid-mountain!
