skiied it for first time ever on Wednesday 3/10. only about 20 people skiing. skiing was touchy, some areas fine, others shear ice. The double blacks and blacks were virtually unskiable for that reason as thin cover, icy, etc. This is a tough mountain to ski! Their greens are really good hard blues, their blues are really blacks, their balacks are tough blacks, and their double blacks right now are not worth even trying.
great day, had to be over 20" at the top, definately needed the pitch to get down the mountain, but no problem finding it with the whole mountain open
If this made more snow..it would by far destroy the other mountains..very challenging..the greens here sre slowkemos blacks...skied here last weekend and the mtn was empty..nicely groomed..this is an expert mountain by far..made me a better skier..luved it!
Went this past Sunday. No lines and good conditions.
Went this weekend, poorly groomed, really scratchy, empty and cheap.
Coldest weather of the year yet only about 40% covered with snowmaking. Entire side of mountain left untouched except for some scratchy natural cover. Double chair looks to be in its death throes, lower level of main lodge simply dark and uninviting. Wish the current owners would spend some money or sell the place.
skiied it thursday the 14th it was the best i have seen it. I ski there twice a week if you like it steep and un crowded with some amazing double blacks go here
awesome skiing i live right below it and go every friday
