Went on may 10, I am a local and ski the Bird often. Was a blast up top. Not too slushy- just soft and fun. One of the funnest ski days this year. Seriously.

On the summit waiting in a warming hut now. Too much wind and snow to see where your skiing. Tram is broken. Just waiting it out. On a positive not, plenty of new snow on mineral basin.
