I've skiied all over the world and happen to now live 5 minutes from YV. It is a great place to learn. And has surprising variety for such a small place. It is not Vail or Copper or Alta or Chamonix, but it ISA good little area.

I work at Yawgoo and this ski area is one of the best places to learn to ski or board on he east coast. Our ski school includes around 120 nationally certified instructors. That's no "joke" it's a great local area to ski or board and if you think you're too cool for the goo then you don't truly appreciate winter the way we do. Looking forward to an amazing season!

Yawgoo is the closest place to ski and it's ok for the kids but for real skiers it's a hill.
