Time is running out. Some trails were getting icy patches and some trails were already closed due to warmer temps. Elk has slower lifts, but there are a lot of trails for all level skiers. The staff (especially at the ski shop) were very helpful.
February 23rd - Bob and Joanne
Spent all day Wed. & Thurs. Conditions were improving. Icy in spots on Wed but they blew a ton of snow at night and groomed so Thurs. was excellent. Gotta love that quad lift! Elk is our favorite place.

I went skiing there the 29th and it was pretty nice. on some runs there was some pretty darn good snow. The black diamonds were a bit icy, but overall, skiing there was really fun; best mountain in PA
