I'm 40 and down hill skiied for the first time two weeks ago. Paid $60 for the private lesson. Was a bit nervous/intimidated at first but instructor Tom(?) was excellent. Very laid back and took a real interest in making sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. Even after the lesson was over, he & another instructor would check up on me from time to time to offer me tips here and there. Tks!!!
