$10 tickets no lines and surprisingly good conditions. firm and skiable up top and softer lower down. bare spots on lower parts but room to ski. didn't want to go but very glad I did. sunday should be good - don't wait until next weekend
This morning was incredible. Great grooming, great weather, and no lines. For a small mountain, it sure skis good.

superbowl sunday, conditions were great. not crowded at all. The grooming staff at West has done a superb job as always. The only complaint is the triple chair broke down once again for almost an hour. Time to sink some money into new lifts.
Agree with the last post. Good snow and nice turns. Was in Saratoga Springs on business and was able to get a discount for West Mountain at the Hilton Garden Inn. Less than half hour drive.
What a lovely surprise West Mtn. was today! I haven’t skied there in years because I have a Gore season pass but the conditions at West were pretty decent considering the heavy rain we all suffered. There was plenty of man-made snow with excellent grooming. The staff was helpful and very nice. Found out how inexpensive the weekly pass is and since Gore has dropped the ball on snowmaking and customer satisfaction, West Mtn. just might be where I spend my money next year. I’d rather ski a few trails with snow than a whole mountain of dirt.
West has blown more snow than any other mountains in the area. Great job guys!
