The staff are essentially useless. The first time I ever went I asked 4 different employess the same question. Each of them gave me a different answer, none of which were correct. Also the 7-10 deal isnt so great because they dont start selling tickets until 7. By the time you hit the slopes youve lost 15-30 minutes of skiing and even worse if you have to rent.
