I still don't know what "packed powder" is, but there is tons of snow at Song. Every trail is covered and skiable. everything is nicely groomed except Jupiter.
Was up a song 2 days ago after the snow storm. Tons of fresh powder and wasnt to packed. Decent place to ride if your close by and just wanna get on the trails. No complaints here except that trails werent really groomed. But all in all decent place to ride.

song is THE BEST place to ski i was there yesterday. i have a season pass but my buddie got a day pass and it wasnt over priced! i luv song, i will never ski any where but song they have 24 trails!
what lifts are open? double or triple? or the bunny hill j bar?

went on new years night for friday freak out. definitely packed for 2 lifts. actually good powder though not groomed and poor lighting and set up of runs and "terrain park". though good for $6!
it is ok cold and lab is problbly better it is icey

I have skiied at Song for the past few days and all I have to say is that they have made a ton of snow!!! And they are making more!!
kind of. but it sucks and the rails are really small. it used to be better, but it doesn't get enough snow. go to togg or lab much more worth it
