This place does just about the worst grooming of any place I have ever seen- that said, it has some excellent glades and unmarked trails-- on the plus side, they did have 10" fresh powder as advertised, but the mountain is not 100% open, try 31/35 trails.

You guys are nutz, I moved back from CO last year and this place even though small in stature has a lot to offer for experienced riders. Try getting into the Trees and Glades, they have some of the sickest runs with ramps and a 8 foot drop. This would not be the place for the kids (may get lost) or the seniors (may get lost, and hit a tree) but for the younger bad ass crowd, this place rocks.

On paper this mountain appears to be an excellent find, however, paper is where it ends. We arrived at 11:30am to ski and the mountain was not even open yet, although I will concede that they shut down the lifts due to wind (???) and safety is important, however, should they then charge full day prices? I think any rational person would say no!
