Just skied P & P for the first time on Wednesday. Pretty impressed. No, it's not Colorado, but lots of fun and plenty to challenge each skill level. Still lots of good snow despite the warmer temps over the last week. There is an occasional bare spot, but not many. Getting from parking to the slopes was fast and convenient, very friendly personnel. Looking forward to going back.
Was here yesterday 3/16, great spring skiing, had to wear all my waterproof stuff for the light freezing rain. There were some noticeable bald and bare spots, but much better shape than Holiday Valley was.
Skied at pnp on saturday 02/27/10 hammered snow Friday all Saturday thru Sunday early morning had a great time. My guess is over a 12-14 by early Sunday 02/28
Just at PKnPK this weekend. Plenty of snow and in good shape. Warm daytime temps made it a bit icy in spots at night but over all great.
Traveled to Peek n Peak from Michigan on Tuesday. There was at least a foot of powder on all trails with 3 feet in some spots. By far the best day of boarding I have ever had. There were very few people on the lifts and the snow was falling all day. The most surreal boarding experience yet.
There was about 4 feet of powder on the side of the trail. An amazing powder day
How is the parks? was up there a whilel ago and there was fresh pow all over the place. Lots of trails through the woods and the 180 park is great this year. There is a dance floor, elevated flat-down rail, low flat-down rail, hippo rail, rainbow-box,normal box, double C box, a jump with a cone as a stall, and a box you jump on to
