i was there mar 17. excellent ground coverage, still good base, I'm going again sat. for my last call, you need to get an early start and stick to shady sections before the heat turns it into mashed potatoes.
thinking about driving up from amherst for one last trip before its a mudslide....how is it? can anyone post thats been there on wed/thurs?
coming up this weekend for one last fix! cams look like mountain is holding up. any first hand reports?
We had a blast snowboarding and skiing yesterday. Great weather, you can show up in t-shirt. Snow was a little heavy in the morning turning more into slush in the afternoon from the glaring sun. The wall is closed due to snow melting. Some slopes, depending on which way they face are better than others. Be prepared for bit more of an workout due to heavier snow.

I would like to go this coming weekend. Is the snow any good? How's foxfire?
Went on Saturday 3/15, was ok for spring but not great. main trails are really cut up bad. Slushy runs down yodeler and edelweiss. Some of the blues back in the woods by firecracker were holding snow well. The wall is closed and looks like a giant crapshoot now.
was thinking of going tomorrow or monday. from an hour north - was there rain there today (saturday?)
