Taos is an awesome mountain!! It is very steep, which I love. I've been at taos for 5 days now and had 3 days of sunshine and 2 powder days. Yesterday it was knee deep, even deeper on the lower paets of the peak. POWDER!!
tons of snow falling, visabilty is pretty low at the moment. tomorrow should be awesome with all the fresh snow and clear skys

Great fresh lines off the peak today until they closed it for the Salomon Freeskiing Competition. Beautiful bluebird day Friday.

powder is incredible! too much for the terrain park to be open. knee deep on upper parts of the mtn.
10" but all the power is off. I hope they restore the Power before 9:00. I know that the lifts have backup power but I doubt they will open the mountain until main power is restored.
