Wow! Trails were great the past two days. I'm a beginner and I made it down the greens. Snowboarding might just be my favorite new sport. Instructors were very helpful
Im flying out to sipaPu tomorrow. What's good for a first timer?
if u wanna pound trim and get lost in knee deep pow, tha Pu is where it's at. i'll beast all day.
So much trim at tha Pu that I can't hit it all. New pow makes for a def day.
to much powder on the ramps thats how come i beffed it
hasnt snowed in 4 days as of Sunday. kinda lsme plca with only 1000 vertical. Uncrowded though
6" dumped on us during the day yesterday. Friendly staff, small mtn but diverse skiing. Great blues and greens, but Blacks need more snow. Rental shop has older but decent equipment - rear entry boots and shaped skiis worked fine for $15, $39 lift pass, can't beat it.
skis available are okay--but the boots are just bad bad bad
Heading there next weekend. Do they have good skis to rent?
great runs but mean ski teacher
wet sugar piled high. oops running good. chair 4 running hit and miss.
quick quick groomies. light snow keeping the off piste workable.
Went for a pow day wednesday... excellent
weak packed snow pretty much only 1 lift open. Same few runs
lookin decent could be better really friendly people
We went and I beasted my lut on the slopes. Groomers were def.
Looks like snowcoming. I'm there all next week and will update with weather.
Skied there yesterday, the few groomed runs were good, about 3 blue runs that had good cover. The rest was thin cover
Has anyone been here recently? How are the runs...bare...good?
it was cheap and like the same as other resorts
