creek is pretty much bare on south, so when its above freezing, theres a lot of give/take but when it drops below, 80% is a solid sheet of ice with no cover

south peak is stick, its the bigget terrain park in east coaat nd it an all boarder mountain, the rails nd jumps r sick nd so many of them

Went there yesterday. Good conditions - mostly hard packed powder; a few areas of powder. Hardly any ice. And no lift lines. Although this mtn is more of a hill than a real mtn! Oh and the black diamond trails are a joke!
