Was there on 3/27/10 - loose granular snow. It was icy in the morning but softened up towards the end of the day.

Was there Wed. 3/24.How refreshing to ski all morning in cold,blustery conditions(frozen granular) after finding so much mush the last few weeks elsewhere!!. My car thermom. read 36 on arrival at 10:30, and temps at the top were below 32 'til 2:00p.m ,when the sun emerged from the clouds & softened top half of mountain . Still good cover on open trails. No lift wait ever.
Was there Sunday 3/21 and it was perfect spring skiing! Never needed to wait to get on lift and conditions were gret. Snow report said 63 of 65, but there were more that 2 closed.
