we were there suday after the new foot of snow and it was awesome, a little windy and blown off on the north side but all in all the conditions were great and it was'nt too crowded

The conditions were awesome. 100 percent open with 4 or 5 inches of powder. It was really foggy and snowy at the top so you could only see about five feet in front of you, but otherwise it was great.

On Jan. 6 there were huge brown spots of dirt sticking out of the snow. NOt as good as some other areas i have skied

skied sunday, good packed powder, by the end of the day ice appeared....huge lines though, stay on South Peak to avoid the crowds!

Skiied Loon yesterday and today. One word describes it all FANTASTIC. Grooming was great; waited no more than two minutes for the gondola; wait on the chair lifts was zero. The new east mountain area was operating. The is some great terrain over there.
