This is To The Boards. He is right about the drought. Red Lodge has not gotten any snow since 1996. All the snow that is there right now is man made(probably from rocks). Smaller and smaller dumps of sow come each year(except from the snow machines).

Red Lodge is a huge indicator of how good of a season it is for everyone due to it's position on the eastern front of the range. In the recent years of the drought throughout MT, WY, and the Dak's, notice that last year was a bit colder than normal but still had good snow on The Mountain. This year look for a bigger roll out of the moisture a little sooner to come over and bigger dumps a.k.a pow

Even the guy that said 3-4 inches a year, doesn't even think it snows 3-4 inches a year. He goes on and says,"Yeah right. There's no way that can happen." I think it might snow .5-1 inch this year(if lucky).

It is going to be in the upper 80's at the top of the peak. "I can't wait to see your face." Guess who again? Your beloved put downer Red Lodge reporter. Hey guess what? I went up to Red Lodge the other day nothing anywhere. The web cam was taken probably from somewhere like Bridger Bowl or Big Sky.

Red Lodge Report: Open in 9 days!! We are getting a lot snow making done so the runs will be pure powder!! We are hoping to open up Palisades this year, but it does not look to good with the snow over there right now!! Anyways we hope to get some more snow and unfortunately, but kind of fortunately hope for colder weather so please just pray for snow!! Let it snow!

Hey To The Boards. You are just making stuff up. Stupid you, Red Lodge only gets 3-4 inches a year(if they are lucky), not 300-400 inches. You are right about hot summer temps in winter.
