coffee mill is a grwat place for families, nice views and just got 7 inches of powder yesterday and today...super cheap 15 bucks on thursday with vaild college id!
While Welch Village has more runs, Coffee Mill has a higher vertical drop at 425 feet (Welch is 360 feet). Indeed, Welch Village is a well-developed ski area with 60 runs (compared to 14 at Coffee Mill). However, its wise to assess a ski area using multiple criteria.
I went here for my first year of ski club and I thought it was pretty fun, the hills weren't as big as welch so it was kindof for beginners
