Lift stoppage and slow downs is from people not paying attention. These idiots don't belong on the slopes. Nice weekend of spring skiing. Hope we can get one more.

crystal mtn. - awsome family resort with a few surprises for dad! this resort is a perfect example of controled growth. great programs, great snow, great grooming, and best of all - awesome views.

to all that complain about lifts slowing down or stopping, this is due to people falling getting on the lift or small riders needing help on the lift. its not a mechanical issue, ski hard.

Skied Crystal today. Fantastic weather, fantastic snow conditions. Friendly staff, good service. Unfortunately, they did not get two of the front lifts open until noon despite big crowds. All lift lines were long from 11am to 4pm. But snow & sun made for a good day.
resort is good if you stay in Crystal. Snow is good until later in the day then it gets a little bumpy and icy at night.

snow was great 2 days ago. over crowded by now im sure, due to alot of schools being on mid winter break. stick to the backside, there will be far less people.
way too many people without ediquette or experience just hanging out... usually in the middle of the slopes or right in front of the lift lines. not getting another seasons pass to crystal.
good skiing this past weekend. I agree with a previous post about lift slowdowns. North Face lift operators seem to like slowing that lift.
slopes r good. someone was posting www.buyingit.org all over the slopes. i think its a scavenger hunt. 1st place gets 50 bucks!!!!

stayed at condo on mountain last week and had a great experience skiing and lodging. hid tequila in the snow and would come back for shots! what a blast.
I agree with previous post, lift slow downs and stoppages are out of control. Skiing was icy, but all ski areas in Mich. need snow. Terain park is fun.
Finished up weekend of skiing, need new snow, kind of icy. Lifts stopping all the time is very annoying!
there on saturday. just got finished. snow was packed and a little icy as the day went on. not too crowded either.
