Packed & icy in the am, softens as the day went on. NO crowd or liftlines, made lots of runs in short time.

Snow is melting fast in MI but up here is still great fun. Very friendly staff and fun rail park. Check www.ebestchecks.com for $9 lift tickets.

Today was good skiing until about 11AM when it started to rain then it turned to snow and left an inch of sticky powder. Then it rained again and we got soaked. Note to hotel guests: the wifi reception isn't good.

Skiing was great today. Upper Canyon was a bit icy bit otherwise great. Night skiing is awesome here-- it's like you're the only one on the mountain. The price is great too.
