Completely impressed with the friendly & helpful demeanor of all the staff. We got to ski with one of the staff instructors, Arlen. He went down the hills with us a few times to test out our newly purchased equipment and give us pointers. He was absolutely wonderful!! I learned a lot from him and was able to ski much more confidently.
