Wachusett Mountain First Hand Ski Reports

pretty much liquid skiing ... but warm sunny and friendly
I am thinking of going this weekend. Do you think that I should? How are the conditions?
i was there daytime on wednesday 3/17. after all the raining, there are still alot of snow. cant complaint, spring around the corner. i will go again few more time before they close for season
moguls getting bigger on smith walton! tons of snow still everywhere! gteat skiing :-)
Im here now, looks like all the trails have survived from the rain. There are still alot of snow, a bit slush. cant complaint, worth the trip from boston.
anybody knows the condition now??
Took 8 runs Sat. AM before any significant rain fell & a few more in light rain. Conditions were surprisingly good .Fed up with typical obscene ski resort cafeteria prices(like $2.50 for small bottles of their affiliated company Polar water(you'd think they'd price it fairly to promote their own brand)I used their drinking fountains(which, unlike some resorts,WAWA has) & ate elsewhere.
skied Friday...Spring conditions sloppy granular...skis/rides heavy and slow .....lots of fun no lines...well worth the trip!
for those people thinking of coming up in the rain... i've never not had fun skiing here in the rain. a good rainsuit is all you need. the snow is soft and there is no line for sure!!!
They dont care about the park. and its the only place that you need to buy a stupid park pass
bumps on smith!!!!
gorgeous. crowds starting to come in.
Skied Tuesday night. I agree with a previous poster things are getting thin. If it rains this weekend it is really going to take a toll on what is left. Lots of packed ice poking through already. All in all great season at Wa but all good things come to an end.
conditions were really good. no crowds. starting to get thin. if ur heading to wawa, i would do it this week before tbe rain. it was thin enough where the rain and warm temps will bring bare spots.
you must be crazy to consider that mini park as a park. It used to have a very small jump and two boxes that are burried on the snow. the main park sucks as well!!!
are the jumps seriously all gone in the park??
Sugar early, then soft spring corn as the day warmed up. Fantastic spring skiing with far less crowds than usual for a Sunday.
groomed and sunny, gonna be a great morning of skiing
and there is 2 parks the mini park and the reg park fo whoever said there is only 1 park
the park jumps are all gone. they need to do a better job at the park since they only have one park.
