Many pistes and lifts are open now at Val Thorens, with a good coverage of snow
Had a great week boarding last week ( 24.02- 3.03) loeads of off piste, one of the best years yet! Could have done with a little more sun though.
Since the last snowfall temperatures have been high and settling the base. Off piste surface is frozen slush on south facing slopes and on north facing slopes, crusty or windpacked. Pistes alright, still no rocks.
