Is there a place for real forums for CO resorts? (ie more history/details/sections?) In any case, as of late Sunday very little terrain open/skiable (obviously early still) and not worth making the drive...

how could you even compare keystone to winter park keystone is full of dumb kids all dressed the same and is full ice every time i go there. You must be one of those kids who rides the park all day and acts like there a pro.WINTER PARK HANDS DOWN IS WAY BETTER THEN KEYSTONE the only time i go to keystone is when i have no cash and clip tickets that is all keystone is good for!!!!!!!

Pros: big enough to stay interesting all day ski train Cons: Too many skiers. Long drive from Denver. (so take the train instead) Like Keystone, Winter Park is a great place to ski if you don't mind waiting in long lift lines even on weekdays, particularly at the base.

Too many damn catwalks. There are too many places where you had to push yourself down the hill. It is a huge resort, but I wont go back. I prefer the 3 majors.... Vail, Keystone and Breck.

30+ inches in a week at WP....sick riding. Moguls were buried in 15" of freshies. SO much snow, some green runs I saw from lifts are uphill! Mary Jane and the bowls are fun on the board before the crowds get there and WP is great all the time, just find some trees and kick it. Wish they would stay open a week or two more though, makes me want that other pass, but I will stick with intrawest for now
