Been here since Saturday - for an east coaster I think conditions are pretty damn good considering the lack of snow. Still some great pow in the trees. Groomed runs vary - some ice & exposed surface, but most are pretty good packed powder. I wad obsessing about snowfall before I came but am having a great time!

Too Funny... Celebrating my 25th season in the Yampa valley, and so far this one has been very light as far as snow goes... hopefully its still on its way...March is historically or snowiest month Funny to hear the "locals" cry about hearing the truth... it hurts sometimes... especially the cmc "bra"... dude, your couple of seasons here on mommy and daddy's dollar DO NOT make you local... keep dreaming. In another season of two, we true locals... will be enjoying a waist-deep day, and the 'drought' of the 09-10 season, like you, will just be a very distant memory
