kep-the outlook for the back side is looking good. snow of up to 8 inches is expected the next 3 days. copper is dropping the ropes on all the glades on the front side. the lifts to the backside are open, but as of yet, none of the back bowls are open. 20 inches of snow should get 100% of the mountain capable of opening

Went riding at copper on the 7th. Nice overall. We stayed over on timberline lift all day with virtually no lines and clear trails. Had lots of good rollers and some nice jumps scattered everywhere. Most of the powder was early morning, by mid day it was packed down but enough snow to pad your falls

Hit Copper on the 3rd. Despite pretty decent snowfall, it was generally skiied off and bumped out on the open runs. We ended up poaching the roped off areas and had a very good powder day. No idea why this stuff isn't open yet, but worked out well for me.
