I agree vail is over rated sometimes and I went to aspen when we got the 16" and it was thigh deep on me and was amazing. They also have good cliffs!

Vail is not better than aspen. First off we have 4 mountains with all different terrain. Second vail has only a large amount of semi steep sloping runs, also everyone who lives in vail is deluding themselves into thinking that vail is anything but a large hill. Finally Vails' ski pass is the most expensive. Why pay more for a ticket if you get less terrain?

Aspen better than Vail? I don't think so unless you talk to the locals that brainwash kids to say "Vail sucks." the only varity of terrain is at Snomass!

I live in Aspen and I go to Highlands every weekend. Also make sure you have at least 4 people in your car or else parking is $15 before noon, then their is no parking.

Anybody who says this place is bad is an idiot. Aspen snowmass mountains are awesome. Spent a week here and boarded all the aspen mountains. Way better then vail, breckenridge and steamboat
