I took my son up this past weekend and it was the worst experience we have had in our short skiing life!! Let me see, the knuckle head staff let us get knocked off the ski lifts twice!! Thought it had hurt my son once, they didn't take the proper time to assist you in getting on the chair, didn't clear the pick area off. We will not be back, take my $100, elsewhere!!!!

Nice warm cozy lounge. Average Bloody Mary's. I hit the Hawk on Sat. Night with my daughters. It was crazy. We were Snowboarding on golfball to softball sized ice nuggets. Good prices though. And could be fun in the right conditions

The Hawk is now offering free skiing for kids 4 and under with a paying adult. Thank you.

Hawksnest is a fun little mountain. Great hilll for the entire family, EXCEPT: How can you charge for kids under 5. I spent 84 dollars on kids lift tickets to ski for 2 hours with a 2 year old and a 3 year old. I will not be going back to the Hawk until they change that policy. There are too many other mountains that offer free skiing for kids under 5. The Hawk is indeed a bird of prey.
