Just got back from Squaw, skied 4 days straight, absolutely great! Granite chief has the best condition, wish its a high speed chair. Kt was icy.

Great day at Squaw this past Saturday. Warm weather, like spring skiing with a tremendous base from the storms of the past few weeks. Decent mogul runs for Tahoe as well. Only negatives were long lines at the Granite Chief lift and a slow bartender at the High Camp!

Skied Squaw Jan 27 'n 28- WOW! Dumped both days,stuck my pole in the snow 3feet deep, fresh tracks both days, but the 28th was epic. KT was incredible, every run was memorable just pick your line-trees, open faces all untracked. Upper mountain closed but for Shirley open late which was ungroomed and gave access to G. Cheif- unreal conditions, storm chasin' the way to go!

Best skiing at Squaw in 15 years- every day Jan 22-25 6-8" fresh powder, good visibility and little or no wind. KT all over, and under the Squaw Creek chair, Tower 16- fabulous. No crowds
