Great place for learning! Great views at top peak! lots of fun in backcountry. Very good snow in that part. Went feb 2 little crowded in easy slopes in the afternoon. 5-7 min wait on lines though. Backcountry and top peak basically empty! great fun!

went there jan 26 and it was as good as it gets in the southland! not crowded at all. skied at night too, and practically no one was out there. deep powder near lift #2, but the top lifts have yet to open; hopefully by today. good attitude of all the workers/most patrons; better than mt. high for sure. also, you get FREEE mid-week lift tickets if you buy 8 vitamin waters at ralphs ($8 total).
