What happened to Northstar?? We've been members of Club Vertical since it's inception. But recently we've given up. To their credit they have been improving the resort and it is certainly better than it was ten years ago. But they have forgotten most of us in the process. A tipping point will occur where they go private. Luckily I own at Tahoe Donner.
Mar 8th - Snowboard
March 8th - Most trail were well groomed. Good snow!!! Most lifts had ridiculously lines, even backside. It free up with shorter lines after lunch time.

Feb 23rd - Nice snow all over the mountain. Then it dumped that night and the next day. Lift lines were pretty short at mid-mountain, if you're reading this on Monday the 25th, um, GO.

Sorry for the late response..Not sure when the paid parking lot fills up. We've gotten there as late as 9AM and still had room for us. Man, this weekend was freakin awesome! Had over a foot of fresh on our truck yesterday morning...the super bowl and 1/2 pipe comp kept a lot of people off the runs...another great day!

Its like walking thru a outdoor mall. I have to admit I thought all you were doing alot of crying about the walk. But yea they added more and more and whats up with the zig zag walk way throught the parking lot it used to go straight down the stairs. As for all who like the home run trail to the car half the parking is gone! WEAK!. So do it early. I still like the mountain had fun.

As far as time to be there. 8:30- 9:00 for walking or they have a bus for the new parking lot right at the highway. Forget about going to your car for lunch it will burn to much day light away from the mountain. If your there for the ride.

lines are long, prices are horrible for everything, everyone that is a member there seemed to be real jerks about everything. The mountain is definately not worth the money. Those snobby jerks can have that crappy mountain.
