heavenly got snow, but its now 65 in tahoe so its prob melting, go to mammoth, epic pre-season conditions and its open top to bottom right now

There are so many areas around lake tahie. As a first time visitor I recommend researching all and setting up an intinerary based on your preferences. In my opinion heavenly is the best area with squaw coming in as a very close second
