Good where it is groomed enough. Death cookies and ice everywhere else.
amazing weekend tons of powder could be better i think something like 33 cms in the last three days unreal!!!
20cm of new snow. A bit heavy, but considering that they forecast 1-3cm, this is 'bonus snow'. Underneath that new snow, the conditions vary considerably. Generally better in the trees and up higher, and excellent on the north facing slopes. But quite nasty on the sun-exposed and wind-blasted and lower slopes. For example, Booty's Run was seriously sweet yesterday afternoon, Main Run was good, Sally's Alley sucked bigtime. This is our first time here at Red, and it is my new favorite mountain. Yeehaw.

how's the snow up top? icy in the morning and soft in the aft or powder all day?
red is great...uncrowded lits of terrain
Doug's Run on 2/25. That is "the Doug" on the left. Great skiing.
Groomers in the morning and off piste in the afternoon after the sun softens it. Every run is geat!!
