Revelstoke First Hand Ski Reports

Ya'll come back now, ya hear!
i love Revy! Need more lifts though.
today was 5-15" great bowl powder bottom of mountain closed bummer when you come all the way from east coast-each run (to and back to bowl) was 2 hr. Great place!
was there from 1st to 4th - they had 4cm on 4th. is very quiet during the week. great steep runs, friendly staff, good food
Rode Mar 2 thru 4. nice base from the mid mountain up, but it's also a pretty tough base. They got 5cm last night, which helped, but even if you catch the sun and it heats up the west side, look for HEAVY, wet snow. It's a quad workout for sure. Conditions very all over the hill due to elevation, the bottom was horrible, slow, sticky slushy spring conditions. (you can only ski the ski-out to the mid lodge, below that is closed and muddy. Mid mountain was best, with runs softening up in the afternoon. Top was alright for sun, but the snow was stiff.
today is not a good day
I LOVE REVELSTOKE! The mountain and the people living there! Really truly awesome folks. BIG UP THE CABIN & the Regent. Anne Martin you stole my heart.
today was good, you got to hike for your turns but its worth the effort. still lots to ride. the bowls are nice deep snow there. watch for breaking cornices
skied saturday, good to very good up high, poor lower.
Thursday and Friday were in great condition if you stayed up top, towards the day lodge was slushy and gross. Trees are where its at.
its wet and slushy mid mtn. lots to ride up top. low flat light
past 2 days were great, they only reported a few centimeters each night but it was much more up top, boot deep to knee deep in places, north bowl is the place to be
They have reported 10 cm or so this week, but it's not reflected here at ski report.com...... I often find skireports reports to be lacking.
Stay uptop riding the chairs and you will have a decent day. Should be a good dump coming for the weekend.
needs snow lots of sticks and rock poking through and that is to just get tot he mid station to download
Great weather on sunday. Pretty slushy below the top of the gondola bit pretty nice conditions from the Stoke chair up esp once it warms up.
top and back bowl are decent. mostly hard pack, groomed runs. dont bother with middle and lower runs, icey most the day and dirt and rock showing thru.
going there next week for three days, are the runs decent or skiied off?
it is the worst season in history. but a lot of the mountains are crap this year. bottom half of the mountain is a slushy rocky waste of time, but the top half makes up for it. Still worth checking out overall, even if only 2 of the lifts are worth skiing.
coming out there next week, how are conditions? any snow?
