Skiied it 2 years ago, the snow was good in august. Great place to ski! As good as Colorado if not better!
Yes! The resort just opened last week!
We are expecting lots of snow on Aug and Sept.
Cerro Bayo is also opened for some natural backcountry. Talk to Andy Barroso there. He is the guy.

should we forget about skiing??we are arriving there next friday.
There is no snow here. All that is open is one nursrey slope at the base (artificial snow). There are a few lifts working, but only so that you can see the view. Stunning place though and plenty else to do.
